COORDINATOR- Full Time -Days
Responsible for planning, schedulng
and conducting lifestlye programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional and therapeutic opportunities for
our patients through development and implementation of an acitivity program in complaince with federal/state regulations.
maintains detailed records of activity programs and participation of individual residents, identifying progress towards established
care plan goals. Conducts resident histories and assessments as required by state and federal standards. Candidates must have
a NM State Activity Liscense (a training course for activities professionals for the New Mexico Healtcare Association NMHCA)
to be considered. A minimum of three years experience is a skilled nursing facility; perfer experience as Certified Nursing
Assistant of Restorative Aide in SNF. Must be willing to work an occasional night and routine weekend wordk as well.
