Disco Themed Banquet
Our theme
this year is "Livin' it up in the City Different". So what better way than to put that to music and color. So
dig out your old threads we're celebratig 70's style costumes or outfits. Prizes will be given out for the best three
costumes so get into the spirit and have some fun! Remember additional banquet tickets must be purchased at time of registration.
Awards Ceremony
The Helen Dickey and
Advancement Awards will be given out Thursday evening at the banquet. Forms will be available for submitting nominations for
next year's award recipients.
Photo Contest
Each community (facility) is encouraged to submit a photo from your living community that reflects the spirit and
passion of our work- Quality Activities that promote quality of life, self confidence and dignity. Each entry must be a photo
measuring 8 x 10, laminated, with no identifying marks on front. Photo will be placed for all to view and judge. The winning
photo will be on display at the ANMAP booth at the NMHCA annual conference. This is a great way to market your activity
program and show your workmanship not to mention bragging rights. Please attach a photo media release for your submission.
We can not accept any entries without a media release for consideration. Good luck and may the best photo win!
